Most of our runs are suitable for traditional alpine skiing, especially the center and east side of the mountain with runs such as Miracle Mile, The Wall, Olympic, Log Chute, Perfect Pitches and Timber Ridge. The terrain parks for snowboarders and skiers are confined to portions of the west side of the mountain encompassing only about 20% of our terrain. Snow Summit continues its position as Southern California's premier mountain resort ? an ideal mountain for those looking to carve some wide-open regularly groomed runs. It is the place for everyday skiers and riders in search of a friendly laid-back winter playground. Snow Summit is home to fantastic beginner slopes like the Bear Bottom beginner?s area, low intermediate runs such as Summit Run, wide intermediate cruisers such as Miracle Mile and Log Chute and challenging advanced terrain on the Wall, Dicky?s and Olympic. Snow Summit?s wide variety of interconnecting runs allows you to explore the entire mountain without ever returning to the base area! Its terrain parks offer yet another exciting challenge for the whole family. World famous Westridge and Ego Trip Parks, the Chair 9 Fun Zones and the Zzyzx Park and Half-pipe contain a variety of beginner to advanced jumps and jibs for skiers and snowboarders alike.
