Saturday night and Sunday a strong low pressure system moves in, with heavy snowfall Saturday night (for a powder day on Sunday!) and more snow expected on Sunday as more moisture and dynamics move through with the same low pressure system.
Aspen-Snowmass - Big snowfalls the next few days, lead to deep fresh snow and lots of sun for Saturday!

In short, not much in terms of snow, if you are not in the Northwest US.
Southern BC, Canada looking Epic next week as Jet Stream and lots of moisture plus energy take aim for an extended period, best of the season yet...
Long Range: Next Wednesday through Sunday (Jan 1 - 5) expect a series of storms to move through on a strong jet stream, with strong dynamics and moisture, good orographics/ cross mountain wind flow, for some heavy snow each day as all low pressure energy is directed through, thanks to a high pressure ridge to the south.
