Combined with an annual snowfall in excess of 29 feet and an average temperature of 30 degrees F, Mount Washington is a true skiing and snowboarding paradise. Transportation to Mount Washington is by air to Comox, via Pacific Coastal Airlines or West Jet, by vehicle via BC Ferries from the mainland and by train from Victoria, via the E&N Railway, part of VIA Rail. Over 30 miles of groomed Nordic trails and 15 miles of snowshoe trails are accessed from Raven Lodge.
