...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 8 AM TO 5 PM EDT TUESDAY...

* WHAT...West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.

* WHERE...Central Piscataquis, Northern Penobscot, Southeast
  Aroostook, Northeast Aroostook, Northwest Aroostook, Northern
  Somerset, and Northern Piscataquis Counties.

* WHEN...From 8 AM to 5 PM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
  Strong winds will also create wind chills as low as 10 to 20
  degrees on mountain tops.

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
