* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 28 degrees possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, south central, and southeast
  Wisconsin.

* WHEN...From late tonight through early Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.

Wisconsin, south central Wisconsin and southeast Wisconsin.

Temperatures may briefly fall to the freezing mark around
sunrise this morning.

A Freeze Watch is in effect later tonight into early Thursday
morning for below freezing temperatures.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Thunderstorms are possible at times Friday through the upcoming
