Arizona Mountains are about to get hammered with snow, this Tuesday through Thursday (Nov 19-21)…

Nov 16, 2019 (Video below) - A low pressure system with subtropical moisture and snow levels running 8,500 to near 9,000 feet (below the base elevations of the Snowbowl and Sunrise Mountain), is expected to be dragged northeast across the state on Tuesday and into Wednesday, with a lot of moisture, and upper level dynamics. A second storm (the kicker) moves south across California and into Arizona on Wednesday, much colder as it originates from the Gulf of Alaska, and this one pushes stronger dynamics in, with much colder air, causing snow levels to drop to near 5,000 to 6,000 feet.

The base elevations of the resorts named are 9,000+ feet, so almost all of this precip will fall as snow from Tuesday through Thursday, meaning storm total snowfalls of 1 to 2 feet across the Snowbowl, and 2+ feet for Sunrise Mountain, from later Tuesday through later Thursday. In Flagstaff I am expecting 3 to 5 inches of snow in town, mainly later Wednesday through Thursday. More detail is in this video, and at the custom forecast links below it:

Storm total snowfall accumulation, Tuesday afternoon through Thursday afternoon... This map displays about 12" for the Snowbowl, and 2 feet for Sunrise Park, but I have a slightly different forecast.
