January 8, 2018
A major storm, closed low, is expected to move across southern California with 8 to 14 inches of total snowfall before its over. Most snow will fall between Tuesday morning and Tuesday evening, heaviest Tuesday mid-day... All ingredients are coming together: Dynamics, Cold air, moisture, but the one that is limiting is timing. The storm is expected to move through fast. If it were a slow mover, we would see 2 to 3 feet of snow, or more. This is needed so we are glad to see it!
