* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 8 and
  12 inches possible with lesser amounts southeast of Fort Yukon and
  Tanana. Winds could gust as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Central Interior, Dalton Highway Summits, South Slopes Of
  The Central Brooks Range, South Slopes Of The Eastern Brooks
  Range, Upper Koyukuk Valley, and Yukon Flats.

* WHEN...From Thursday afternoon through Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult.
