134, Minto, Lake Minchumina, Finger Mountain, Fort Yukon, Circle,
Central, Tanana, the Yukon River Bridge, Venetie, Livengood, the
Dalton Highway from MP 0 to MP 38, Evansville, Manley Hot
Springs, Rampart, Beaver, the Steese Highway north of MP 124,
Bettles, Circle Hot Springs, Allakaket, Alatna, Prospect Creek,

...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM AKST THIS
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Clear skies this morning will bring air temperatures as low
  50 below zero. Light winds will create wind chills as low as 60
  below zero.

* WHERE...Central Interior, Dalton Highway Summits, Upper Koyukuk
  Valley, White Mountains and High Terrain South of the Yukon River,
  and Yukon Flats.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM AKST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 60 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 5 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
