...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 3 PM THIS
AFTERNOON TO 9 PM AKST SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow accumulations
  between 4 and 8 inches. Wind gusts as high as 30 mph expected.

* WHERE...Central Interior, South Slopes Of The Eastern Brooks
  Range, Upper Koyukuk Valley, and Yukon Flats.

* WHEN...From 3 PM this afternoon to 9 PM AKST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow
  could significantly reduce visibility.

* Additional Details... The strongest winds are expected above 1000
feet, but may mix down to the valley floor, especially while snow is
falling. Temperatures rise significantly as cold air that had
settled over the region is pushed out.
