...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM AKST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Clearing skies this afternoon will bring air temperatures
  as low 50 below zero. Light winds will create wind chills as low
  as 60 below zero.

* WHERE...Central Interior, Dalton Highway Summits, Upper Koyukuk
  Valley, White Mountains and High Terrain South of the Yukon River,
  and Yukon Flats.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM AKST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 60 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 5 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
