* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts of 30 to 40 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Portions of the Central Interior, particularly areas around
  Lake Minchumina.

* WHEN...From 10 PM Tuesday to 10 PM AKDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
