...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM PST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow with total snow accumulations 3 to 5 feet above
  6,000 feet with 5 to 7 feet over the highest elevations and 1 to 2
  feet at 4,000 feet. Several inches up to a foot down to 3,000
  feet. Winds could gust as high as 60 mph.

* WHERE...A portion of central California.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM PST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
  hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday evening and
  Wednesday morning commutes. Strong winds could cause tree damage.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency. The latest road conditions for
the state you are calling from can be obtained by calling 5 1 1.
