* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to 4 inches. Winds
  gusting as high as 55 mph.

* WHERE...Grant Grove Area, Kings Canyon NP, Sequoia NP, and South
  End of the Upper Sierra.

* WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
  could impact the Tuesday evening commute. Strong winds could cause
  tree damage.
