  County Valleys-The Inland Empire, San Diego County Mountains, San
  Diego County Valleys, San Gorgonio Pass near Banning, and Santa
  Ana Mountains and Foothills.

* WHEN...From 4 AM Wednesday to noon PST Thursday.
