...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY MORNING THROUGH
SATURDAY MORNING ABOVE 6500 FT...

* WHAT...Snow above 6500 feet expected. Heavy snow possible above
  7000 ft. Total snow accumulations up to 5 to 10 inches possible,
  with up to 16 inches at the mountain peaks. Light accumulations
  will be possible down to 6000 feet.

* WHERE...Riverside County Mountains and San Bernardino County
  Mountains.

* WHEN...From Thursday morning through Saturday morning. Heaviest
  snow expected Thursday night into early Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult
  to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday
  evening and Friday morning commutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Monitor the latest forecasts for updates on this situation.

Persons should consider delaying all travel. Motorists should use
extreme caution if travel is absolutely necessary.
