...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 4 AM THURSDAY TO 4 PM PST
FRIDAY...
...WINTER STORM WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 10 AM PST THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations up to 34
  inches. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph.

* WHERE...Kaiser to Rodgers Ridge, Kings Canyon NP, Sequoia NP,
  Upper San Joaquin River, and Yosemite NP outside of the valley.

* WHEN...From 4 AM Thursday to 4 PM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
  hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and
  Thursday morning commutes. Strong winds could cause tree damage.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency. The latest road conditions for
