THROUGH TUESDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...For the Winter Storm Warning today, heavy snow for Mono
  County above 7000 feet. Snow accumulations 10-18 inches, and up to
  2 feet in isolated locations near the crest. Southwest winds
  gusting to 60 mph. Ridgetops gusts up to 100 mph. For the Winter
  Storm Watch late Sunday night to Tuesday, heavy snow. Snow
  accumulations of 4 to 8 inches below 7000 feet, and 1 to 3 feet
  possible above 7000 feet. Winds gusting as high as 65 mph.

* WHERE...Mono County.

* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 10 PM PST this evening.
  For the Winter Storm Watch, from late Sunday night through Tuesday
  afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
  hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening
  commutes. Very strong winds could cause extensive damage to trees
  and power lines.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
