Total snow accumulations up to 60 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...A portion of central California. * WHEN...From 1 AM Saturday to 10 AM PST Monday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
