PST THURSDAY FOR ELEVATIONS ABOVE 5000 FEET...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 9
  inches above 5000 feet, locally higher over peaks. Winds gusting
  as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Burney Basin / Eastern Shasta County, West Slope Northern
  Sierra Nevada, and Western Plumas County/Lassen Park Counties.

* WHEN...From 10 PM Wednesday to 4 PM PST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Thursday morning commute.
