...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM PDT THIS
EVENING ABOVE 4500 FEET...

* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations 6 to 12 inches
  above 4500 feet, with up to 18 inches at the highest peaks. Minor
  snowfall accumulations up to 1 to 3 inches down to 4000 feet.
  Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...West Slope Northern Sierra Nevada and Western Plumas
  County/Lassen Park above 4500 feet.

* WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow levels 4000-5000 feet, locally down to
  around 3500 feet in heavier convective showers. Heaviest snowfall
  expected through this evening, with snowfall rates up to 1+ inch
  per hour.
