...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING TO 10 AM
EST SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills of 10 to 20 below zero expected.

* WHERE...Much of southern New England, except for the south coast
  and Cape and Islands.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
