This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Iowa.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight

Thunderstorms will be over portions of central Iowa this morning
with a break before another round of storms develop mainly over
eastern Iowa this afternoon. The storms this afternoon could
become severe with a tornado or two possible along with isolated,
gusty thunderstorm winds. Locally heavy rainfall may lead to
isolated, low end flash flooding in an urban area.

Surface winds will increase from northwest Iowa late this morning
to eastern Iowa by this evening with gusts in excess of 35 and 40
mph.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is possible Thursday night and Friday for
severe weather and heavy rainfall.
