This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Iowa.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight

Light snow is expected over northern to eastern Iowa this
afternoon to evening, with minimal accumulations expected. Winds
will be breezy with gusts up to 20-30 mph.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Snow showers or snow squalls are possible on Friday and may cause
travel impacts. Wind will accompany the snow, meaning visibility
reductions will be possible. Wind gusts of 35 to 40 mph expected.

Temperatures in the single digits to just below zero are expected
over northern Iowa for morning lows this weekend into early next
week, along with feels like temperatures down to -10 to -20
degrees.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed, though snow reports are
always appreciated.
