This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Iowa.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

Scattered thunderstorms are expected overnight. The threat of
severe weather is very low.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

On Thursday afternoon to evening there is a Marginal (level 1 of
5) risk of severe storms from southwestern into central Iowa, with
a Slight (level 2 of 5) risk of severe storms from central into
eastern Iowa. All types of severe weather will be possible.

On Friday the severe risk increased to Enhanced (level 3 of 5) in
central and southern Iowa. All types of severe weather will again
possible.

Spotter activation may be needed Thursday and Friday.
