* WHAT...Very cold wind chills from -15 to -30 expected.

* WHERE...All of Central Iowa.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
