This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Iowa.

Fire weather conditions will be elevated each day through Friday,
due to a combination of gusty winds and dry conditions.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Fire weather conditions will be elevated each day through Friday,
due to a combination of gusty winds and dry conditions.

Isolated thunderstorms may occur Thursday afternoon and evening,
mainly across the southeast half of Iowa. A few storms in far
southeast Iowa may be strong to severe, with hail and gusty winds.

Thunderstorm chances will return at times next week, beginning
late Monday. Timing and any severe weather potential will be
better determined in the coming days.
