This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Iowa.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight

Thunderstorms move across the state this afternoon and evening. An
isolated severe storm is possible, particularly in southern Iowa.
Heavy rainfall could lead to localized stream flooding.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Thunderstorms return to the forecast Saturday through at least
Tuesday. Some potential for severe weather exists through this
period as well as possible elevated river levels. Details will be
better resolved in coming days.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed.
