...FLASH FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM FRIDAY MORNING THROUGH FRIDAY
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest Idaho, including the following
  areas, Boise Mountains and West Central Mountains. This area
  includes the Wapiti Burn Scar along Idaho state highway 21.

* WHEN...From Friday morning through Friday mid-afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Heavy rainfall could trigger flash flooding or debris
  flows in and near recent wildfire burn scars.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - National Weather Service Meteorologists are forecasting heavy
    rainfall over the burn scar, which may lead to flash flooding
    and debris flows.
