Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Runoff will increase the risk for rock and mudslides below steep terrain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - An atmospheric river will bring a significant warm up along with widespread rain through Monday of next week (February 24).
