...AIR STAGNATION ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM PST
FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Stagnant conditions will have potential to trap pollutants
  near the ground with deteriorated air quality.

* WHERE...Kellogg, Osburn, Mullan, Soldiers Meadow Road, Culdesac,
  Nezperce, Lapwai, Peck, Craigmont, Kamiah, Wallace, Lewiston,
  Gifford, Pinehurst, Lookout Pass, Fourth Of July Pass, Dobson
  Pass, Winchester, Fernwood, St. Maries, and Lewiston Grade.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Periods of air stagnation can lead to the buildup of
  pollutants near the surface.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A weak push of northeast winds will arrive
  between Bonners Ferry and Coeur D Alene Thursday along the US 95
  corridor which could bring temporary improvement to air quality.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Buildup of fine pollution particles can be harmful to those
sensitive to air pollution including people with lung and heart
problems, people with diabetes, children and the elderly.
