...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 7 AM TO 7 PM EST
THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
  accumulations between 1 and 4 inches and ice accumulations around
  a light glaze.

* WHERE...All of southern New England excluding the Cape and Islands.

* WHEN...From 7 AM to 7 PM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow is expected to overspread the region
  between 7 am to 11 am Thursday. The snow will then change to a
  mixture of sleet and freezing rain as the day wears along. Mixed
  precipitation may change to all rain before near and especially
  southeast of the Boston to Providence corridor. Temperatures
  northwest of I-95 will likely remain below freezing into the
  evening rush hour.
