* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 10 to 24 below expected.

* WHERE...Litchfield County in northwestern Connecticut, Berkshire
  County in western Massachusetts, and the Mohawk Valley, Capital
  District, Schoharie Valley, eastern Catskills, mid Hudson Valley
  and Taconics in eastern New York.

* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
