* WHAT...Northwest winds 15 to 30 mph with gusts of 45 to 55 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Portions of south central, southwest, west central, and
  western Maine and central, northern, and southern New Hampshire.

* WHEN...From 7 AM to 7 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will down tree limbs and blow around
  unsecured objects. Some trees and power lines will likely be
  downed. The power outage threat is elevated.
