* WHAT...Temperatures in the mid to low 30s will result in frost
  formation.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest and western Maine and central,
  northern, and southern New Hampshire.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 9 AM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
