Isolated severe thunderstorms remain possible this morning across much of northern lower Michigan. Heavy rain which could lead to localized flooding remains the primary threat, however damaging winds and severe hail could be seen with a storm or two. Periods of rain on rapidly melting snow could result in localized flooding concerns, particularly in poor drainage areas and along rivers. Fog, locally dense, will impact northern lower and eastern upper Michigan through early this morning.
