This hazardous weather outlook is for Eastern Upper Michigan and
Northern Lower Michigan.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

Periods of accumulating lake effect/enhanced snow are expected
through tonight, especially in northwest/far north-central lower
and western Chippewa County in the eastern upper peninsula. Please

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Periods of accumulating lake effect/enhanced snow are expected
to continue Thursday, and at times into through the remainder of
the week, especially in the typical snow belts of northwest lower
and eastern upper Michigan. Please see the latest Winter Weather
Advisories for additional details.

Another shot of frigid air, likely the coldest of the season, is
expected to arrive Thursday night into Friday, with the cold
expected to last through the upcoming weekend. Please see the

  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM EST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 5
  inches. Winds gusting as high as 30 mph late tonight through
  Thursday.

* WHERE...Antrim, Charlevoix, Cheboygan, Emmet, and Otsego Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Blowing snow may
  result in significantly reduced visibility. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.
