This hazardous weather outlook is for Eastern Upper Michigan and
Northern Lower Michigan.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

Locally dense fog and freezing fog are possible tonight.
Visibilities may be reduced to below one half mile at times and untreated
roadways may become slick in spots due to freezing fog.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

A wintry mix of precipitation, including the potential for snow,
sleet and freezing rain, is expected to impact portions of
northern Michigan Tuesday night into Wednesday night. Impactful
snow and icing is possible. Please see the latest Winter Storm
Watch for additional details.

Milder weather and snow melt may result in ice jams on area
rivers, along with localized flooding.

...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM LATE TUESDAY NIGHT THROUGH
WEDNESDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Snow may mix with freezing rain at
  times. Total snow accumulations between 4 and 8 inches and ice
  accumulations of up to one tenth of an inch possible. Winds could
  gust as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...A portion of Eastern Upper Michigan.

* WHEN...From late Tuesday night through Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
  could impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes.
