This hazardous weather outlook is for Eastern Upper Michigan and
Northern Lower Michigan.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Thunderstorms are possible again this evening into tonight,
primarily across northern lower Michigan. Severe storms are
possible, with primary hazards being large hail and gusty winds.

Heavy rainfall will likely exacerbate high flows on area
watersheds. Localized flooding along inland lakeshores,
riverbanks, and other low-lying areas is possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

There is a chance of thunderstorms again Tuesday evening into
Tuesday night. Severe thunderstorms are possible, with primary
hazards being large hail, gusty winds, and a low chance for a
tornado.

Heavy rainfall potential exacerbate high flows on area
watersheds. Localized flooding along inland lakeshores,
riverbanks, and other low-lying areas is possible.

.Periods of rain will confine to areas south of a Frankfort to
Alpena line tonight. Some of this rain may be heavy at times,
especially during any thunderstorms. Shower and thunderstorm
activity should taper late tonight into Monday. More showers and
storms return later Monday night, lasting through Tuesday night,
with heavy rainfall once again possible.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by rain and snowmelt continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Eastern Upper and Northern Lower Michigan,
  including the following areas, in Eastern Upper Michigan, Central
  Chippewa, Eastern Mackinac, Southeast Chippewa, Western Chippewa
  and Western Mackinac. In Northern Lower Michigan, Alcona, Alpena,
  Antrim, Arenac, Benzie, Charlevoix, Cheboygan, Crawford, Emmet,
  Gladwin, Grand Traverse, Iosco, Kalkaska, Leelanau, Manistee,
  Missaukee, Montmorency, Ogemaw, Oscoda, Otsego, Presque Isle,
  Roscommon and Wexford.

* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
