This hazardous weather outlook is for Eastern Upper Michigan and
Northern Lower Michigan.

.DAY ONE...Through tonight.

A significant winter storm is expected to impact the area tonight
and Monday, bringing with it gusty winds and accumulating snow.
The greatest potential for significant snow is across eastern
upper Michigan and the traditional snow belt locations of
northwest lower Michigan. Significant ice accumulations from
freezing rain are expected across eastern upper Michigan into the
tip of the mitt counties of northern lower Michigan this evening
as well. Please see the latest Winter Storm Warning and Winter
Weather Advisories for additional details.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Periodic chances for accumulating lake enhanced snow will continue
through next week.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM EST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Light rain transitions to wind-driven snow later tonight
  and Monday. Total snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches. Winds
  gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...A portion of Northern Lower Michigan.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions will impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.
  Gusty winds could bring down tree branches and produce local power
  outages.
