HUMIDITY FOR FIRE WEATHER ZONES 016, 017, 018, 020, 021, 022,
023, 024, 025, 026, 027, 028, 029, 030, 031, 032, 033, 034, 035,
036, 041, 042, AND 099...

* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zones 016, 017, 018, 020, 021,
  022, 023, 024, 025, 026, 027, 028, 029, 030, 031, 032, 033,
  034, 035, 036, 041, 042, and 099.

* WIND...West winds 10 to 15 mph. Wind gusts 20 to 25 mph,
  occasionally up to 30 mph.

* HUMIDITY...Relative humidity as low as 20 to 30 percent.

* HIGHEST THREAT...Northeast lower Michigan just away from the
 Lake Huron coast.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.
