This hazardous weather outlook is for Eastern Upper Michigan and
Northern Lower Michigan.

.DAY ONE...Through tonight.

Accumulating lake effect snow will continue into tonight across
portions of northern lower Michigan. Please see the latest Winter
Weather Advisories for additional details.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Wednesday.

Accumulating snow is expected again Thursday night into Saturday,
especially in northwest lower Michigan.

Dangerously cold wind chill readings are possible Monday and
Tuesday.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM EST
THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations between 1
  and 4 inches, with some locally higher amounts possible. Winds
  gusting as high as 35 mph will produce periods of blowing and
  drifting snow.

* WHERE...Benzie, Grand Traverse, Leelanau, Manistee, and Wexford
  Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions and times of near
  whiteout conditions from blowing snow.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling.

During lake effect snow, the weather can vary from bands of locally
heavy snow to dry weather just a few miles away. Visibilities can
also vary greatly. Be prepared for rapid changes in weather,
visibility, and road conditions.
