This hazardous weather outlook is for Eastern Upper Michigan and
Northern Lower Michigan.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Air temperatures and wind chills well below zero are likely
tonight across much of northern lower and all of eastern upper
Michigan. Please see the latest Cold Weather Advisory for the
latest details.

Lake effect snow will continue to impact parts of Antrim and
Kalkaska counties in northern lower Michigan, resulting in low
visibilities due to very fine snow.

Ice jams are possible on area rivers and may result in localized
flooding.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Well below zero air temperatures and wind chill temperatures are
expected again Thursday night into Friday.
