This hazardous weather outlook is for Eastern Upper Michigan and
Northern Lower Michigan.

.DAY ONE...This evening and tonight.

A burst of snow, strong winds, and blowing snow are expected this
evening into tonight. Please see ongoing advisories or warnings for
additional details.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

A high impact winter storm across is expected across portions of Northern
Michigan later Saturday night through Monday. Significant snow
and ice accumulations are possible, along with very gusty winds.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not anticipated, but any reports of ice,
sleet, and/or snow are appreciated.

...WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM LATE SATURDAY NIGHT
THROUGH MONDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow. Additional snow
  accumulations between 1 and 3 inches. Winds gusting as high as 50
  mph leading to blowing snow this evening. For the Winter Storm
  Watch, heavy mixed precipitation possible. Total snow and sleet
  accumulations between 5 and 12 inches and ice accumulations
  between one tenth and a quarter of an inch possible. Locally
  higher snow and ice amounts will be possible. Winds could gust as
  high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...A portion of Northern Lower Michigan.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 2 AM EDT Saturday.
  For the Winter Storm Watch, from late Saturday night through
  Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
  hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening and Monday
  morning commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
