Additional snow and sleet accumulations up to two inches and ice accumulations between two tenths and one half of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...A portion of Northern Lower Michigan. * WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Expect power outages and tree damage due to the ice.
