Total snow and sleet accumulations between 6 and 15 inches and ice accumulations between one tenth and one half of an inch with locally higher amounts possible. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...A portion of Northern Lower Michigan. * WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are possible due to the ice.
