Snow and freezing rain are forecast south of a line from Brainerd to Duluth while all snow is forecast north of that line in northeast Minnesota. Freezing rain changing to snow is expected in Northwest Wisconsin. Check your local forecast and Winter Storm and Ice Storm warnings for details on ice and snow accumulation for your area. Expect snow and ice covered roads and slippery conditions. Isolated power outages are possible. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday A clipper system will move in from the northwest Sunday afternoon and may lead to some isolated snow showers or snow squalls. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Additional snow accumulations between 5 and 8 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Southern Cook and Southern Lake Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the Grand Portage Reservation. * WHEN...Until 1 AM CDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Expect visibility less than 1/4 mile at times and snow covered and slippery roads. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The majority of the snowfall is expected to fall during the daytime hours.
