Pockets of Critical Fire Weather conditions are expected today along and north of the Iron Range in far northern Minnesota where Red Flag Warnings are in effect. A very conditional threat for an isolated strong to severe storm or two is possible for Sunday afternoon and evening. If storms can form, the Arrowhead into parts of Northwest Wisconsin could see large ball size hail and damaging wind gusts to 60 mph. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday Dangerous heat is forecast through Tuesday. Extreme Heat Warnings are in effect through Monday areawide and a Heat Advisory for Price County. Heat Advisories and Warnings may also be needed on Tuesday. Even more widespread critical fire weather conditions are forecast Monday with a Fire Weather Watch in effect in northern Minnesota.
