Hazardous Weather Outlook National Weather Service Duluth MN 242 AM CDT Tue Jul 1 2025 MNZ010>012-018>021-025-026-033>038-WIZ001>004-006>009-020745- Koochiching-North St. Louis-Northern Cook/Northern Lake- North Itasca-Central St. Louis-Southern Lake/North Shore- Southern Cook/North Shore-North Cass-South Itasca-South Cass- Crow Wing-Northern Aitkin-South Aitkin-Carlton/South St. Louis- Pine-Douglas-Bayfield-Ashland-Iron-Burnett-Washburn-Sawyer-Price- 242 AM CDT Tue Jul 1 2025 This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northeast Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin. .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight Isolated, non-severe thunderstorms are possible in the tip of the Arrowhead this afternoon and north-central Minnesota late tonight. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday Thunderstorms are possible Wednesday morning into evening. A few storms may be strong to severe, producing gusty winds to 50 to 60 mph, hail up to penny to quarter size, and lightning. Additional periods of thunderstorms are possible Thursday evening into this weekend. Some of these storms could become strong to severe Friday afternoon into Friday night and again Saturday afternoon and evening. Periods of heavy rainfall could also lead to localized flooding Friday and Saturday. Hot and humid conditions are expected on Friday with temperatures in the mid to upper 80s and heat indices in the upper 80s to mid 90s.
