This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northeast
Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and Tonight

Isolated thunderstorms continue the rest of this afternoon and
evening, with the best coverage in the Minnesota Arrowhead. Cloud
to ground lightning, a brief heavy downpour, and localized wind
gusts of 30 to 40 mph would be the primary hazards with the
storms.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Isolated thunderstorms are possible Saturday evening into early
Sunday morning in north-central Minnesota. Some storms could be
strong to severe, with damaging wind gusts and large hail as the
main threats.

Strong southwest to west winds Saturday and Sunday with gusts of
30 to 45 mph are expected. Localized wind gusts up to 50 mph also
cannot be ruled out on Sunday.

Skywarn spotters are encouraged to report hail of any size and
rainfall amounts to the National Weather Service.
