Rain developing over southern Minnesota this evening will change over to snow as the precipitation shield spreads over eastern Minnesota and western Wisconsin this evening into tonight. Snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches can be expected across southern Minnesota into western Wisconsin. Areas closer to the Twin Cities metro can expect slushy accumulations up to a half inch or less. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.
