FRIDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Northwest winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 65 mph
  possible.

* WHERE...Western and central North Dakota, including the James River
  Valley.

* WHEN...From Thursday afternoon through Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...There could be some damage to roofs, small outbuildings
  and signs. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile
  vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Light snow could result in significantly
  reduced visibility at times, mainly Thursday night into Friday
  morning.
