...BLIZZARD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM CDT FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations
  between 1 and 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph.

* WHERE...In Minnesota, Kittson County. In North Dakota, Pembina
  County.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult. Whiteout conditions will
  make travel extremely dangerous or impossible. The hazardous
  conditions will impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning
  commutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Travel should be restricted to emergencies only. If you must travel,
