* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 6
  inches.

* WHERE...Northern Grafton and Southern Grafton Counties.

* WHEN...From 1 PM Tuesday to 1 PM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Periods of moderate and heavy snow will combine with low
  visibility to create dangerous driving conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning
  commutes as well as holiday travel.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
