10 AM EST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 25 to 30 below expected.

* WHERE...In Maine, Central Somerset, Northern Franklin, and
  Northern Oxford Counties. In New Hampshire, Northern Carroll,
  Northern Coos, Northern Grafton, Southern Coos, and Southern
  Grafton Counties.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 10 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 25 to 30 below zero could
  cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
  Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is
  exposed to these temperatures.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
