...EXTREME COLD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM SATURDAY EVENING
THROUGH SUNDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below possible.

* WHERE...In Maine, Central Somerset, Northern Franklin, and
  Northern Oxford Counties. In New Hampshire, Sullivan, Northern
  Coos, Northern Grafton, Southern Coos, and Southern Grafton
  Counties.

* WHEN...From Saturday evening through Sunday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
  is exposed to these temperatures.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind chill will again approach these values
  Sunday night as well.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must
go outside.
