SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 20 below expected.

* WHERE...Southern Grafton County.

* WHEN...From 6 PM Saturday to 10 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
  is exposed to these temperatures.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind chill values will be even colder at
  higher elevations where wind will be strongest. Wind chills will
  again fall well below zero Sunday night.
