.Heavy rain is expected to develop across the region today through
tonight. Widespread totals of 1 to 2 inches of rain are anticipated
with locally higher amounts of 3 inches or greater over the White
Mountains and Midcoast of Maine. Ice movement is expected across all
rivers but the risk for isolated ice jam flooding will mainly be
across the north.

  Hampshire, including the following areas, Belknap, Cheshire,
