...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 9 PM THIS EVENING TO 8 AM
EST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold temperatures and/or wind chills as low as 25
  below expected.

* WHERE...Northern Grafton and Southern Coos Counties.

* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 8 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause
  frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Frostbite
  and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these
  temperatures.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing.
