Total snow accumulations between 12 and 18 inches with localized amounts up to around 2 feet possible, especially across coastal southwest Maine and southeast New Hampshire. * WHERE...Portions of southwest Maine and central, northern, and southern New Hampshire. * WHEN...Until 7 PM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...Significant snowfall with the potential for a foot plus of snow will bring a period of impacts. Moderate snow with periods of heavy snow will create hazardous travel conditions across the region. The potential exists for snowbands that will bring periods of locally heavy snowfall, which will lead to rapid snow accumulations and extremely dangerous travel conditions. Travel is not recommended as heavy snowfall and very low visibility will create extremely dangerous driving conditions.
