* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations up
  to one inch, sleet accumulations around one third of an inch, and
  ice accumulations of up to one tenth of an inch.

* WHERE...Western and Central Hillsborough, Cheshire, and Eastern
  Hillsborough Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 PM Thursday to 1 PM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Difficult travel conditions are possible due to icy road
  conditions. This is especially true on untreated side roads. The
