...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO
10 AM EST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 20 to 25 below expected.

* WHERE...In Maine, Interior York County. In New Hampshire, Western
  and Central Hillsborough, Belknap, Merrimack, Strafford, Sullivan,
  Southern Carroll, Cheshire, Eastern Hillsborough, and Interior
  Rockingham Counties.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 10 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 20 to 25 below zero could
  cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
  Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is
  exposed to these temperatures.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
