Fog could be locally dense with visibilities as low as one quarter of
a mile at times this morning.

Ice movement is possible on small rivers and streams today into
tonight with 0.5-1.5 in of rainfall.

Falling temperatures into the teens and 20s tonight will refreeze
remaining damp surfaces.

* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...In Maine, Central Somerset, Northern Franklin, and
  Northern Oxford Counties. In New Hampshire, Northern Carroll,
  Northern Coos, Northern Grafton, Southern Coos, and Southern
  Grafton Counties.

* WHEN...From 8 AM this morning to 8 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
  Strong winds will down tree limbs and blow around unsecured
  objects. A few trees and power lines could be downed. The power
  outage threat is elevated.
