...EXTREME COLD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM SATURDAY EVENING
THROUGH SUNDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below possible.

* WHERE...In Maine, Central Somerset, Northern Franklin, and
  Northern Oxford Counties. In New Hampshire, Sullivan, Northern
  Coos, Northern Grafton, Southern Coos, Southern Grafton, and
  Cheshire Counties.

* WHEN...From Saturday evening through Sunday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero could cause
  frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Frostbite
  and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these
  temperatures.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must
go outside.
