A mixed bag of precipitation is expected later Tuesday evening into
Wednesday before possibly changing to rain in the afternoon. Snow,
then a period of sleet is possible. This could make the Wednesday
morning commute slick.

* WHAT...Very cold temperatures between -10F and -20F are forecast,
  in combination with wind chills between -20F and -30F below
  expected.

* WHERE...Portions of south central, west central, and western Maine
  and northern New Hampshire.

* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 9 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
  is exposed to these temperatures.
