* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches
  for a storm total of 3 to 6 inches.

* WHERE...Southern Carroll and Southern Grafton Counties.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Even light snowfall amounts can accumulate on roads and
  cause dangerous driving conditions due to snow covered roads. The
  hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening commute.
