...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM NOON TO 7 PM MDT SATURDAY
DUE TO STRONG WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR THE NORTHWEST
PLATEAU, WEST CENTRAL AND NORTH CENTRAL MOUNTAINS, AND THE UPPER RIO
GRANDE AND LOWER CHAMA RIVER VALLEYS...

.Very dry air will enter northwestern New Mexico on Saturday, with
many areas seeing 6 to 12 hours of single digit relative humidity.
Winds strengthening to 15 to 25 mph, deep atmospheric mixing, and
very dry fuels will increase the risk of rapid fire spread.

* AFFECTED AREA...Northwest Plateau (Zone 101), West Central
  Mountains (Zone 105), North Central Mountains (Zone 120), and Upper
  Rio Grande Valley and Lower Chama River Valley (Zone 121).

* TIMING...From noon to 7 PM MDT Saturday.

* 20 FOOT WINDS...West winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Relative humidity between 5 to 10 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Outdoor
  burning is not recommended.
