...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 5 PM MONDAY TO 11 AM EDT TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Southwest winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 45 to 50 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...The Greater Capital District, the Helderbergs, and the
  eastern Catskills.

* WHEN...From 5 PM Monday to 11 AM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...South to southeast winds will strengthen
  tomorrow afternoon into tomorrow evening before a potent cold
  front sweeps through the region tomorrow night resulting in a
  sharp wind to the west. Wind gusts tomorrow afternoon through
  Tuesday morning can peak up to 45 to 50mph.
