* WHERE...The Niagara Frontier, Southern Erie and Wyoming counties.

* WHEN...From 10 AM to 10 PM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
