11 AM EST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 to 25 below expected.

* WHERE...Litchfield County in northwestern Connecticut, the central
  and eastern Mohawk Valley, Schoharie Valley, Greater Capital
  Region, mid Hudson Valley, Taconics, Helderbergs, and the Glens
  Falls-Saratoga Region.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
