Locally heavy rainfall this morning could result in ponding on
roadways and poor drainage areas, and isolated instances of flooding,
especially in sensitive locations that have had recent heavy
rainfall.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

  Onondaga Lake At Liverpool affecting Onondaga County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

This warning will be in effect until the lake falls below its flood
stage.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Onondaga Lake at Liverpool.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 366.0 feet, Minor flood stage. Trails at Onondaga
  Lake Park are flooded. Marina usage is also impacted. Areas
  downstream of the lake, in the vicinity of Hayes Road, may be
  affected by flood waters.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:30 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 366.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The lake is expected to remain steady at flood
    stage.
  - Flood stage is 366.0 feet.
