...WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH
LATE THURSDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 4 and
  14 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...A portion of central New York.

* WHEN...From this afternoon through late Thursday night.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Areas of
  blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning
  commutes.
