* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 20 to 29 below zero.

* WHERE...The southern Adirondacks of northern Warren, Hamilton, and
  northern Herkimer Counties.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
